Juliette is a pilates instructor based in Somerset. Having experienced firsthand the many health benefits of regular pilates, she decided to become an instructor, so that she could help more people to experience the long-term, transformative effect of this popular form of exercise.

Regular pilates exercises can:
• Strengthen the core
• Improve posture
• Form longer and leaner muscles
• Improve balance and coordination
• Increase flexibility

Juliette runs weekly mat-based pilates classes at and in Axbridge.

She also offers one-to-one sessions from her studio in Shipham and can even run private classes in the comfort of your own home.
